1098 New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Armenia

As of December 16 at 11:00 AM, 1098 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 150,218. This information is reported by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

The total number of tests conducted has reached 554,909, with 3,272 new tests performed in the last 24 hours.

Currently, 18,331 patients are undergoing treatment, a decrease of 182 from the previous day. According to the latest data, 128,694 individuals have recovered, with 1,242 recoveries in the last day.

In the past 24 hours, 27 citizens have died due to coronavirus, raising the death toll to 2,556. The previous day recorded 11 deaths where patients tested positive for the virus, but the deaths were attributed to other illnesses. The total number of such cases is 637.
