Yerevan Municipality's Decision to Prohibit Advertising Robert Kocharyan's Book Recognized as Unlawful: Kochubaev

Lawyer Alexander Kochubaev wrote on his Facebook page: “The decision of the Administrative Court of Armenia (presided over by A. Tsaturyan) has been recognized as unlawful and annulled the administrative acts of the Central and Arabkir administrative districts, which essentially denied the advertising of the book 'Life and Freedom' authored by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan. The court has obliged the administrative districts to grant permission for the advertising.

This means our observations were justified, as the ruling circles are terrified of Robert Kocharyan's authority, even from the president's book. Meanwhile, it was necessary to read a guide on land acquisition, loving it, and enriching the homeland while conducting state affairs; perhaps the country's affairs would have proceeded differently.
