Vazgen Manukyan Meets with Editors of Over Ten News Outlets in Armenia

The prime ministerial candidate of the Homeland Salvation Movement, Vazgen Manukyan, met today with the editors of over ten news websites in Armenia. This meeting was announced by the Homeland Salvation Movement.

The discussion focused on the current situation in Armenia, particularly the issues related to the war, its aftermath, the internal political crisis in the country, and the movement's future actions and plans.

Manukyan presented his assessments and deep concerns regarding the situation, potential solutions, and what needs to be done in the event of a temporary government formation.

Critical issues highlighted included the urgent need for the rearmament of the army, possibilities for implementing the signed tripartite agreement in favor of the Armenian side, the necessity and opportunities for restoring the negotiation process of the Artsakh issue within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, the restoration and re-evaluation of relations with Armenia's natural allies, and pathways to overcome the impending socio-economic crisis, among other matters.

It was emphasized that if the movement succeeds, a new phase of development will begin in Armenia, which will not repeat the mistakes made in previous phases since independence.

The editors of the news outlets, in turn, expressed serious concerns regarding the current situation, raised their pressing questions about internal politics, security, and societal moral-psychological issues, and presented suggestions that could be useful in resolving the crisis.
