This Document Proves That Authorities Were Aware of the Risk of a Large-Scale War: Tehmine Vardanyan

Yerevan City Council member Tehmine Vardanyan has shared a photo of a document on her Facebook page, stating, "This document is evidence that beforehand, the authorities were certainly aware of the risk of a large-scale war. It is unequivocal that not days, but perhaps even months earlier, they knew. Instead of taking things seriously and preparing, the authorities were likely busy cultivating fake narratives and devising manipulations. Why? Because it is clear that everything was predetermined."
