According to a map published by the Russian Ministry of Defense on December 14, the Hin Tagher-Khtsaberd area is no longer included in the zone of responsibility of Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh. This information was reported by Razm.info, which also shared the map posted on the Russian Ministry of Defense's website as of December 14 on its Telegram channel.

It is worth noting that following an Azerbaijani assault towards these villages in the Hadrut region, the map released yesterday, December 13, had included the villages of Hin Tagher and Khtsaberd.
