Second Phase of Prisoner Exchange Scheduled Soon, Says 'My Step' MP

The Prime Minister met today with the relatives of captured servicemen and civilians. The second phase of the prisoner exchange is scheduled to take place very soon; it is a matter of days. This was stated today, December 15, during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly by Nazeli Baghdasaryan, a member of the 'My Step' faction.

She emphasized that this refers to the prisoners that the Azerbaijani side has confirmed to have in their custody. 'However, we have reasonable doubts that there are a greater number of prisoners. You know that the Red Cross has gone to see how many prisoners are there. Now, the return of the second batch is being discussed,' stated Nazeli Baghdasaryan.

According to her, the number of returnees in the second phase will be significantly smaller.
