On December 15, a meeting was held between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin and Pascal Hundt, head of the International Committee of the Red Cross's program for operational actions in crisis situations. “The cooperation between Russia and the ICRC was discussed in detail, emphasizing the overcoming of the humanitarian consequences of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” the foreign policy department's statement said.
