The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, will deliver a video message on December 16. Harutyunyan announced this on his Facebook page.
"Dear compatriots, tomorrow, December 16, at 12:00, I will address you in a video message regarding the current situation, upcoming developments, and our vision for the future," wrote the President of Artsakh.
