Hayastan All-Armenian Fund on Funds Raised During Nationwide Fundraising and Telethon
The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund expresses gratitude to all its donors who have supported and continue to support the homeland during these difficult days. This includes both the nationwide fundraising campaign that started on September 27 and the annual telethon held on November 26, during which approximately $23 million was raised. This information was announced by the Fund.
"At the same time, we would like to thank all the organizations, initiatives, and individuals from the diaspora who joined the nationwide fundraising through alternative campaigns, the funds of which were transferred to the network of the Fund. Initiatives included fundraising organized by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU), OneArmenia, Armenia Aid, among others, in which the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund had no involvement in their technical and content organization. For instance, the organizers of the Armenia Aid fundraiser on October 10 were only in contact with the Armenia Fund Inc., a partner organization involved in the network of nonprofit organizations registered in the USA located in Los Angeles.
During this fundraiser, the funds collected were gradually transferred to the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund by Armenia Fund Inc., following the actual receipts, and were added to the overall total of the fundraising. As for the cash and non-cash incoming funds registered by Armenia Fund Inc., they have detailed the process for recording donations in the responses published in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section on their website and assured that all donations have been officially recognized, and donors have received confirmation and thank-you letters.

Returning to the funds allocated to the Republic of Armenia by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund during the hot days of the war, we reaffirm that the Fund's Board of Trustees made corresponding decisions through online voting, which have been published on the Fund's website at the following link: https://www.himnadram.org/hy/1606218447. Regarding the grounds for donating these funds to the Republic of Armenia, they are clearly articulated in the many clarifications provided by the Fund over the last month https://www.himnadram.org/hy/1606218447, as well as in the statement made by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia on November 24, 2020 https://bit.ly/3nkE0j2.
