Citizen Reports to Police That Renowned Singer Struck Her at 'Armenia' Store

The Central Investigative Division of the Police is preparing materials following a report made to the police by 56-year-old Yelena Petrosyan, a resident of Yerevan, on December 14. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, Petrosyan reported to the police that around 12:40 PM on the same day, while at the 'Armenia' store located on Koryun Street, she was attacked by resident Shushan Petrosyan, who struck her in various parts of her body, causing physical pain.

According to G. Shamshyan, Shushan Petrosyan is a well-known and beloved singer.
