A Decision on the Extradition of Two Azerbaijani Saboteurs Made After Comprehensive Discussions with the Parents of Smbat Tsakanian: Arayik Harutyunyan

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has publicized the motivations behind the decision to extradite two Azerbaijani saboteurs, Dilham Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev.

"The decision was made following comprehensive discussions with the parents of Smbat Tsakanian, obtaining their consent. This responsible decision will not only facilitate the return of the first group of captives but will also ensure the return of subsequent groups to their homeland. I express my deep gratitude to Smbat Tsakanian's parents, Mekhak and Karine Tsakanian, for their sense of responsibility and high civic consciousness," wrote the President of Artsakh on his Facebook page.
