New Russian Observation Posts Added to the Map, Including in Hin Tagher: Artsakh Parliament Member

Haik Khanumyan, the head of the opposition faction in the Artsakh Parliament, wrote on his Facebook page: "Yesterday, we also met with the Russian command. The Russian position is clear: the points of the agreement must be upheld. The newly published map includes new Russian observation posts, including in Hin Tagher. We must understand that the peacekeeping mission has a limited personnel and cannot take on the responsibility of border protection. The latter is solely the right and duty of the Republic of Artsakh. Therefore, we must strengthen the Republic of Artsakh and the potential of its state institutions to fulfill this important task. If you are not participating in this effort, at least do not support the enemy. The dissemination of misinformation and pointless intrigues unconditionally supports the aggressive actions of the enemy, which have continued throughout the day yesterday."
