More than 825 People Returned to Stepanakert in One Day

The Russian peacekeepers continue to escort displaced persons from the Republic of Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh, with another convoy of buses transporting them. This information was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
It was noted that the buses departed from Yerevan and delivered 825 individuals to Stepanakert. “The personnel of the Russian peacekeeping forces ensure the safe return of citizens to their permanent residences, provide humanitarian assistance, and restore civilian infrastructure facilities,” the statement said.
Overall, from November 14 to today, approximately 38,300 residents of Artsakh have returned to their former places of residence.
