Budget Presented by Haik Marutyan Allocates Around 1 Billion Dram for Bonuses in 2021, Says David Khajakyan

Earlier today, the session of the financial and credit committee of the Yerevan City Council concluded, during which the city budget for 2021 and related projects were discussed. This is one of the most significant issues to be decided by the council this year, if not the most important.

This was stated by David Khajakyan, the leader of the 'Lus' faction in the Yerevan City Council, on his Facebook page.

“Only four members of the council were physically present at the meeting, one of whom was me. The committee consists of 16 members, 13 of whom are representatives of the My Step faction. This reflects their willingness to serve the community. They seem to prefer to just write, delete, like, and share on Facebook,” Khajakyan noted.

“By the way, according to the budget presented by Haik Marutyan, around one billion dram is allocated for the bonus fund in 2021,” Khajakyan added.
