Fatal Collision Involving Honda, Lada, and Ford Transit at Yerevan’s Heratsi Tunnel

A tragic car accident occurred in Yerevan today. Around 12:10 PM, vehicles including a Lada, Honda, and Ford Transit collided on the section leading from Heratsi Street to the Khanjyan Tunnel, according to Shamshyan.com.

As a result of the crash, five individuals were transported to various hospitals in Yerevan with injuries. The rescue team from the Yerevan Fire and Rescue Squad of the Ministry of Emergency Situations quickly extracted the injured from the vehicles with the assistance of bystanders.

Reports from the Number 1 University Hospital indicated that two of the injured succumbed to their injuries without regaining consciousness. The police and investigative department are working to establish the identities of the drivers, the injured, and the deceased.
