Ramzan Kadyrov's 20-Year-Old Daughter Appointed Head of Preschool Education Department

The head of the preschool education department in Grozny has been appointed as Khadija Kadyrova, the 20-year-old daughter of Chechnya's leader Ramzan Kadyrov. This was announced by the chairman of the republic's parliament, Magomed Daudov, on his Instagram page, as reported by Interfax.

Earlier, it was also announced that her older sister, Aishat, has been appointed as the deputy minister of culture of the republic.
