Georgia's Participation in Erdoğan's Proposed 'Six Platform' with Russia is Impossible
WRed
Tbilisi does not envision any form of cooperation with Russia under the current circumstances. In an interview with the First Channel of Georgia, Deputy Foreign Minister Lasha Darsalia responded to the Turkish President's idea of creating a 'six platform' by stating that as long as Russia does not fulfill its international obligations, Georgia's participation in any format is impossible.
On December 10, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan proposed the establishment of a regional cooperation 'six platform' in Baku, which would include Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, Georgia, and, with approval from Yerevan, also Armenia.
