All Security Issues Cannot Be Resolved Only Through Patrolling or Service at Important Intersections: Tigran Abrahamyan

I have mentioned multiple times that the maintenance/protection of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line, even if it is to be carried out by the Russian peacekeeping forces, must undergo necessary regulations. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, a former advisor to the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.

He specifically noted: "All security issues cannot be resolved only through patrolling or service at important intersections. The example is yesterday’s incident. According to the Artsakh Defense Army (ADA), on December 11, the enemy attempted to attack one of the combat positions located in the southern direction of the ADA. As a result of the ensuing firefight, three reservists sustained varying degrees of gunshot wounds. These are issues that require quick solutions."
