Significant Increase in Apartment Rental Prices: 'Hraparak'
WRed
'Hraparak' newspaper reports that rental prices for apartments have significantly increased in the post-war period. Conversations with several brokers revealed that the rise in prices is attributed to the influx of refugees from Artsakh to Armenia. For example, in September, it was possible to rent homes in the peripheral areas of Yerevan for 60,000 to 80,000 AMD, but today the starting prices for the smallest apartments begin at 100,000 AMD.
Brokers predict that this situation may continue until spring, around March-April, until conditions stabilize.
