Martial Law to Be Lifted in Azerbaijan Starting December 12

The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan has decided to lift the martial law in the country on December 12. This was reported by TASS.
The martial law in Azerbaijan was declared on September 28, following an attack on Artsakh.
