Vitaly Balasanyan Says 'Do Not Come to Work.' - 'Hraparak'
'Hraparak' newspaper reports that the newly appointed Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Vitaly Balasanyan, has warned the staff on his first working day that everyone is dismissed from their jobs and should not report to work starting Monday.
It should be noted that the former Secretary of the Security Council, Samvel Babayan, had significantly enlarged the staff, hiring nearly 50 employees instead of the usual 2-3. Previously, this information had been denied from Artsakh, but yesterday, after Balasanyan's warning, Babayan's spokesperson, Anush Dolukhanyan, alerted on Facebook that the new secretary has 'endangered the social security of more than 50 families.'
According to our information, Balasanyan intends to revert to the previous status and retain only two or three positions within the Secretary of the Security Council's office. We learned from Samvel Babayan's spokesperson that the staff did not show up for work yesterday.
