The recording involving Serzh Sargsyan and Alexander Lukashenko is a good subject for examination by the parity commission. This was stated by Edmond Marukyan, the leader of the LHK faction, during a brief conversation with reporters in the National Assembly, commenting on the circulating recording in which it is heard that Aliyev is offering Sargsyan a mediated 5 billion in exchange for regions.
