Court Postpones Hearing in Case of Robert Kocharyan and Others

The Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court, presided over by Anna Danibekyan (Shengavit location), has postponed the hearing in the case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and others. This information was reported by the legal team of Robert Kocharyan.
In 2008, the former head of the Armenian Armed Forces' General Staff, Yuri Khachaturov's lawyer, Mihran Poghosyan, was unable to attend the hearing. The next hearing is scheduled for December 15 at 1:00 PM.
