Araik Harutyunyan Pays Tribute to Innocent Victims of the Spitak Earthquake

On December 7, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, visited the city memorial complex in Stepanakert to pay tribute to the innocent victims of the devastating Spitak earthquake of 1988.

According to the Artsakh presidential administration, Araik Harutyunyan was accompanied by Vitali Balasanyan, Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh.
