Russian Cynologists and Mountain Rescuers to Carry Out Mission in Artsakh

A special group of cynologists, mountain rescuers, communicators, and psychologists has departed from Moscow to Nagorno-Karabakh. This information has been reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
“The group consists of cynologists from the 'Leader' center, pyrotechnics specialists, mountain rescuers, communicators from 'Ruzsky Tsopu', and experts from the Noginsk rescue center, as well as psychologists,” the statement says.
Three passenger buses, necessary equipment, and tools will be transported to Nagorno-Karabakh on the same flight.
