Protest Held by Residents of Berdzor and Aghavno Communities in Yerevan

Tens of residents from the Berdzor and Aghavno communities of the Republic of Artsakh held a protest in Yerevan today, demanding answers to several pressing questions.

The citizens insist that their settlement is not under de-facto control of Armenian forces, as Azerbaijani military personnel have unrestricted access to the area. In this situation, they question how they can return to Berdzor.

Participants in the demonstration also mentioned that no government agency has responded to their inquiries so far. They argue that Russian peacekeepers only ensure the security of the main highway, while they face security issues, and that almost no one remains in Berdzor.
