COVID-19 Cases in Armenia Rise by 978 in the Last Day: Ministry of Health

The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Armenia has increased by 978 in the last day, bringing the total to 141,937. This information is reported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

As of December 6, at 11:00, the total number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease stands at 141,937, of which 116,796 have recovered, and 2,326 have resulted in death. Currently, 22,227 patients are receiving treatment for the virus.

In total, 528,876 tests have been conducted. Therefore, yesterday 2,728 tests were performed, confirming 978 new cases of COVID-19. We have seen 730 recoveries and 17 new deaths.

On the previous day, there were 2 recorded deaths where the patients had COVID-19; however, the cause of death was attributed to other health conditions. The total number of such cases is 588.
