"History is Written by Facts": Response from the Office of the Third President of Armenia
History is written by facts. This statement was released by the office of the third president of Armenia.
"Whoever speaks about the negotiation process of the Artsakh issue, you must be silent, Nikol Pashinyan. The negotiation history you know is the one you heard from your ‘cultured’ and ‘constructive’ friend Aliyev, whom you believed so much that you considered it unnecessary to thoroughly inform yourself about this process from all former leaders of your state who conducted negotiations.
This means you unconditionally trusted our enemy, while not trusting your political opponents. That is precisely why you still do not understand the essence and purpose of the negotiation process.
When the enemy, whose history of negotiations whispers to your ear with nuances beneficial only to their country, after your treason, addressed you on air, it subjected you to the last humiliations for an entire day, laughed at you and mocked you, not even a whisper came out of you.
For any Armenian with dignity, no matter where in the world they may be, this was the greatest disgrace and shame, but not for you.
You are only ready to attack your political opponents while kneeling before the enemy of the Armenian people. You can shamelessly lie and manipulate history, trying to evade responsibility with cowardly tricks, adapting everything to cover your disgraceful defeat.
For the past two and a half years, you have directed the resolution of the Artsakh issue exclusively towards whether to give land or not, while negotiations before you aimed to take Artsakh out of Azerbaijan through compromises.
The third president of Armenia will elaborate on this and many other issues in detail later. It is already a fact that in the history of newly independent Armenia, all previous authorities will be remembered as those who defended the Motherland with dignity, triumphed, and liberated lands, while you, for the sake of your chair, have shamefully lost in war, handed over the lands of Artsakh, incapable of conducting negotiations, and placed the security of Artsakh and Armenia under serious threat, branded as a traitor by the people.
