Mixed Rain and Snow Falling on Roads in Talin Region

As of December 4 at 17:00, mixed rain and snow is falling on the roads in the Talin region. In some areas of the Ashotsk highway, there is black ice present.

All inter-state and national highways are open. The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure reports that road construction workers are engaged in cleaning and treatment of the roads with salt and sand.

To avoid accidents, incidents, and traffic jams, drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
