Both Armenian and Azerbaijani sides have submitted prisoner lists to the ICRC

The office of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan reports that both the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides have submitted lists of prisoners to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The process of verifying these lists is currently underway.
