Yerevan Streets Close and Open Shortly After

A group of citizens, including HHD member Hrant Margaryan, had just closed Mashtots Avenue, as announced yesterday. After holding the street closed for several minutes, they opened it up again.
It appears that a new tactic has been adopted to briefly close streets and then reopen them.
