We Completed the 5th Confidential Report on Cruelties against Armenian Captives and Fallen Soldiers: Ombudsman
The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, stated on his Facebook page, "We have completed the 5th confidential report regarding the cruelty and atrocities committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces against ethnic Armenian captives and the bodies of fallen soldiers. This report marks the 5th concerning issues of torture and brutality.
It pertains to the period from November 19 to December 2, and we have already begun preparations for the 6th report. In this report, all the atrocities and war crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces are documented with specific evidence. All of this has occurred solely because the detained individuals are ethnic Armenians. This is also the result of a systematic state policy of anti-Armenianism carried out in Azerbaijan.
The report serves as a collection of evidence and analyses that confirms the Azerbaijani policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide in Artsakh through terrorist methods.
Note: We do not publish the content of such reports for understandable reasons, considering the extent of Azerbaijani brutalities and tortures. The complete content is presented to international bodies and to the relevant state institutions in Armenia that have significant functions regarding these issues."
