Information on Compensation Support for Public Utilities of the Population of Artsakh

The Ministry of Economy and Production Infrastructures of the Republic of Artsakh informs that the government of the Republic of Artsakh is providing compensation support for public utilities of the population for December 2020 and all months of 2021.

The maximum amount of support per resident-subscriber for December 2020 and for 2021 is defined as follows:

1. For mobile communication services provided in the territory of the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia: up to 180 minutes and up to 50 SMS messages.
2. For internet connectivity services: up to 1 Mbps.
3. For December 2020 and January, February, March, and December 2021:
• a. For natural gas consumption: up to 180 cubic meters, and for residents-subscribers of non-gasified homes or apartments, an amount of 15,000 AMD.
• b. For electricity consumption: up to 500 kWh.
4. For April, May, September, October, and November 2021:
• a. For natural gas consumption: up to 120 cubic meters, and for residents-subscribers of non-gasified homes or apartments, an amount of 10,000 AMD.
• b. For electricity consumption: up to 400 kWh.
5. For June, July, and August 2021:
• a. For natural gas consumption: up to 60 cubic meters, and for residents-subscribers of non-gasified homes or apartments, an amount of 5,000 AMD.
• b. For electricity consumption: up to 300 kWh.

The beneficiaries of this program are residents-subscribers of Artsakh who have signed contracts for natural gas supply, electricity supply, mobile and internet services.
