Russian peacekeepers have opened a hotline in Stepanakert to gather information regarding missing persons during the conflict. The hotline number is 047 94 61 94.

This was reported to Armenpress by a representative of the Russian peacekeepers responsible for the hotline. According to him, individuals can reach out through this hotline to provide information about those who are missing.
