French Company to Donate Rescue Vehicles to Artsakh

Until the end of the year, a French company will donate a total of 6 vehicles to the rescue service of Artsakh. This includes 2 tankers, 1 Kamaz truck, and 3 ambulances designed for rescue operations. This information was shared by the State Emergency Service of Artsakh.

During a meeting today, General-Major Karen Sargsyan, Director of the State Emergency Service, along with Jean-Louis Messager, Director of the French non-governmental organization "Celise Care," and his assistant Silvia Moretti, as well as Armenian-French partner Mikael Khachikyan, agreed that in the coming days, the representatives will tour Stepanakert and surrounding areas accompanied by the emergency service staff to witness the damage caused by the war.

In the meeting, the head of the Artsakh Emergency Service expressed gratitude to Mr. Messager for the support provided to assist the service during these difficult post-war days.

Karen Sargsyan also noted that the foundation of the long-standing friendship between Artsakh and France has always been the principle of humanitarianism. In response, Jean-Louis Messager remarked that it is gratifying to collaborate with a department that is wholly dedicated to assisting the population during these challenging times. He also inquired about what Artsakh needs in the post-war context to provide support as much as possible.
