Ceasefire Statement Can Have a Positive Impact on Armenian-Turkish Relations, Says Cavusoglu

Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has assessed the potential impact of the signed statement on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue on Armenian-Turkish relations. He stated, "The statement on the ceasefire in Karabakh can have a positive influence on the relationship between Turkey and Armenia."
