Another Artsakh Citizen Born in Gavar

A new citizen from Artsakh was born in Gavar. This was reported by the Gavar City Hall.
The little boy, Alen, born at the Gavar Medical Center, symbolizes faith, hope, and light during the post-war period, says his mother Inesa. During the war, Alen's family took refuge in Gavar. After the child's birth, they are planning to return to their hometown, Stepanakert.
