5th Report of RA and Artsakh Ombudsmen Presents Evidence of Azerbaijani Brutalities

The Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, has stated on his Facebook page: "Together with the Ombudsman of the Republic of Armenia, we have completed the 5th closed report on the brutalities and atrocities committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces against ethnic Armenian prisoners and the bodies of the deceased. This is the 5th report solely regarding cases of torture and brutality.

The document pertains to the period from November 19 to December 2, and we have already begun preparations for the 6th report. This report provides concrete evidence of all the atrocities and war crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces. All of this has been done solely because the detained individuals are ethnic Armenians.

Moreover, this reflects the results of a systematic state policy of anti-Armenianism pursued at the state level in Azerbaijan. The report serves as yet another collection of evidence and analyses confirming the Azerbaijani policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide against Armenians using terrorist methods in Artsakh.

The full content is presented to international bodies, as well as to those state institutions in Armenia that have important functions regarding these issues."
