Vitaly Balasanyan Appointed Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh

By a decree signed by the President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan on December 2, Vitaly Mikhaili Balasanyan has been appointed Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh. This information has been reported by the Office of the President of Artsakh.
