Trump's Campaign to File Lawsuit Over Alleged Election Fraud in Nevada
The representatives of U.S. President Donald Trump's campaign plan to file a lawsuit on Wednesday regarding the election results in the state of Nevada. According to Armenpress, citing RIA-Novosti, this was announced by one of the campaign's lawyers, Jess Binal.
"We are preparing to present evidence regarding violations that occurred during voting; thousands of cases of fraud have been recorded just in Nevada. For instance, we have evidence that more than 40,000 people voted twice. This is real fraud," the lawyer stated.
Additionally, he mentioned that there are individuals listed in the mail-in voting roster who did not even receive a ballot and did not vote at all.
The Nevada Supreme Court confirmed the state election results on November 24, according to which Democratic candidate Joe Biden emerged victorious. According to several U.S. media outlets, Biden received the necessary 270 electoral votes to win; however, Trump has not conceded defeat, claiming that fraud took place across the country.
