Support for Each Family Member Will Amount to 300,000 Drams: Who Can Benefit from the Social Assistance Program?

The process for accepting applications for the second social assistance program for residents of Artsakh has begun.

Under this program, one-time financial support will be available to all citizens registered in communities outside of Artsakh's control, who have actually resided in those communities for at least the last three months. Minors can also benefit from the program if their parent is a program beneficiary.

The support will amount to 300,000 drams for each family member.

To apply for the program, citizens must submit an electronic application on the website oliоe.ssa.am, providing their first name, last name, series and number of their identification document, as well as details of the parent and an electronic copy of the child’s birth certificate in the case of a minor.

Once the application is confirmed, the citizen will be notified via a message sent to their mobile phone provided during the application process. Only after receiving the message can the individual present their identification document at Haypost or Artsakhpost to collect the funds.

The deadline for applications is December 20.
