December Will Be Warmer Than Normal, with Below-Normal Precipitation: Gagik Surenyán

December will be warmer than normal, with the average monthly temperature expected to be 1-2 degrees higher than the norm. Precipitation is forecasted to be below normal. This was reported by Gagik Surenyán, head of the Hydrometeorological Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, on his Facebook page.
