Araik Harutyunyan Comments on Appointment of Vitaly Balasanyan as Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh

The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has commented on his decision to appoint Vitaly Balasanyan as the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh.  ‘Dear compatriots, in the context of my call for consolidation and unity, the first important cooperation has taken place with the Hero of Artsakh, Vitaly Balasanyan. Today, I have signed a decree appointing Mr. Balasanyan as the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh. There is no alternative to overcoming the existing situation and developing and strengthening our homeland, so in the name of the security of the Motherland and the well-being of our people, we must exert all efforts,’ wrote President Araik Harutyunyan on his Facebook page.
