Turks Outraged by French Official's Sharing of Historical Armenia Map

The Turkish press has described as scandalous the post made by Laurent Wauquiez, the head of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in France, along with an attached image. This was reported by Ermenihaber.

Wauquiez made a post on Twitter regarding the collection of aid, including medicines and essential supplies, to be sent to Armenia. To this post, the French politician attached a map of historical Armenia, which includes present-day eastern territories of Turkey.
