Turkey and Russia Complete Technical Negotiations on Joint Monitoring Center in Azerbaijan

Russia and Turkey have signed an agreement on the establishment of a monitoring center to oversee the ceasefire regime in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by TASS, citing the Turkish Ministry of Defense.
"Negotiations regarding the technical details of the principles and foundations of the operation of the Turkey-Russia joint center have been completed, and an agreement has been signed. Efforts are being made to expedite the commencement of the center's operations," the statement said. The Turkish side did not provide any further details.
