Russian Language to Become Second Official Language in Artsakh

The Russian language will receive official status in Artsakh. This information has been reported by sources from @wargonzo within the Republic’s Parliament. Currently, members of the National Assembly of Artsakh are drafting a bill that will designate Russian as the second official language in the country.
