Results of NSS Inquiry Revealed: What Rating Does the Prime Minister Hold?

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that following the war, the National Security Service (NSS), at the direction of the authorities, has conducted another public opinion survey to determine the actual ratings of political forces and Nikol Pashinyan.

The NSS periodically conducts such surveys, but they are never published as they are for internal use. According to our information, the picture is not as encouraging as expected. Nikol Pashinyan’s rating currently stands at 6-12 percent. The highest ratings are found in the Ararat and Armavir regions, while the lowest are in Syunik, which traditionally has been the most pro-government region.

The Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) has a rating of about 6 percent, while the ratings for the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) and the Homeland Party are in the range of 3-6 percent. The Republican Party (HHK) has a slightly lower rating at around 2-3 percent. However, there has never been such a large percentage of undecided voters or those unwilling to express their opinion—around 60 percent.

This indicates that the pre-election period will be particularly crucial, and the winner will be the one who can attract the undecided voters.
