Parents of Missing Soldiers State Only Putin Can Help: Nikol Pashinyan Agrees

Parents of missing soldiers, who had gathered in front of an army base in Ejmiadzin in the morning, are now at the Russian Embassy in Armenia, preparing to send a letter to the Russian authorities to help return their sons.

One of the parents told reporters that they are currently waiting for someone to come out and collect the letter. "Only the President of Russia can help us. Nikol Pashinyan also said it is only Putin who can assist. Russia needs to resolve this issue," he stated.

Another parent mentioned that they have been waiting for 40 days and that there has been no assistance from Armenia, making Russia their only hope. "Perhaps they will have pity on our Armenian people, our Armenian children," he expressed.

Later, staff from the embassy came down and took the letter, promising to make efforts and noting that they share the parents' grief.
