Military Police Discover Food and Supplies Intended for Ministry of Defense Needs

On November 30, 2023, around 21:00, during the execution of operational information obtained by the Military Police of the Republic of Armenia's Ministry of Defense, employees of the Goris division stopped a "GAZ-66" vehicle driven by reserve serviceman R.V. at the checkpoint known as "Shori Dzor" in Goris.

Following explanatory work conducted with the driver, he revealed a significant quantity of food and supplies intended for the Ministry of Defense needs from the vehicle's cargo compartment. R.V. was subsequently taken to the Goris division of the Military Police.

Materials are being prepared regarding the incident at the Goris division of the Sisian Military Police division.

Notification: A person suspected or accused of a crime is considered innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the procedure established by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, by a legally binding court decision.
