I Saw a Video of Azerbaijani Troops Happily Heading Towards Berdzor: Marukyan

Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the LHK faction in the National Assembly, writes:

“Last night I saw a video of Azerbaijani troops happily heading towards Berdzor. We understand that this is mentioned in the 6th point of the trilateral statement. However, we do not understand which point of this document allows for demarcation according to Soviet borders. Where is the written agreement that permits such GPS-based demarcation?”
